主要極端環(huán)境微生物分類(lèi)及生物活性、魚(yú)類(lèi)生理及基于分子生物學(xué)的生態(tài)保護(hù)技術(shù)等方面的研究。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),十三五重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),全球環(huán)境基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),“863”子項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),國(guó)家海洋局極地專(zhuān)項(xiàng)2項(xiàng),中央級(jí)公益性科研院所基本科研業(yè)務(wù)費(fèi)2項(xiàng),國(guó)家海洋公益項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。在《Environmental Science & Technology》、《Science of The Total Environment》、《Fish & Shellfish Immunology》等發(fā)表論文40余篇,獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利5項(xiàng),國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)4項(xiàng),軟件著作權(quán)10項(xiàng)。
