楊俊鋼，博士，研究員，哈爾濱工程大學(xué)兼職教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，長沙理工大學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)位博士生校外導(dǎo)師，山東科技大學(xué)碩士生導(dǎo)師。2007年6月畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院海洋研究所物理海洋專業(yè)。從事高度計數(shù)據(jù)處理與應(yīng)用、多源衛(wèi)星遙感數(shù)據(jù)融合、海洋動力環(huán)境遙感探測與次表層海洋環(huán)境智能探測研究。作為負(fù)責(zé)人主持國家自然科學(xué)基金3項、國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目課題1項、全球變化與海氣相互作用專項項目4項、“十二五”海洋觀測衛(wèi)星地面系統(tǒng)項目1項和科技部中歐國際合作“龍計劃”項目4項；作為主要成員參與863、國家重點研發(fā)計劃、全球變化與海氣相互作用專項、海洋公益性科研專項等項目多項；登記軟件著作權(quán)3項、授權(quán)發(fā)明專利2項，主編專著1部，參與編寫專著4部；獲海洋科技創(chuàng)新成果獎、測繪科學(xué)技術(shù)獎和海洋工程技術(shù)獎共4次，發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文60余篇。
