鄭立,本科及碩士畢業(yè)于中國海洋大學(xué)海洋生物學(xué)專業(yè),博士畢業(yè)于中科院海洋所海洋生物學(xué)專業(yè),美國馬里蘭大學(xué)海洋環(huán)境與技術(shù)研究所訪問學(xué)者。被評為泰山產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才、海洋系統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀科技青年, 獲青島市青年科技獎,入選自然資源部第三人才梯隊。主要從事海洋環(huán)境保護(hù)工作,多次參加我國極地、大洋科學(xué)考察,開展海洋生物資源開發(fā)及損害評估工作,研究海洋生物的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性機(jī)制、海洋脅迫環(huán)境下的生物形為,建立了活體病原菌檢測技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并將微生物資源應(yīng)用于生態(tài)修復(fù)技術(shù)的開發(fā)等?,F(xiàn)為北太平洋海洋科學(xué)組織(PICES)入侵種工作組成員,中國環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會環(huán)境損害鑒定評估專業(yè)委員會委員,中國海洋學(xué)會海洋生物工程專業(yè)委員會委員,中國海洋工程咨詢協(xié)會海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境監(jiān)測分會理事,山東省海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)研究會理事,青島分析測試學(xué)會理事。

科技貢獻(xiàn)
開展了海洋微生物群體感應(yīng)生態(tài)學(xué)功能的研究,從藻菌關(guān)系角度出發(fā),首次從分子和基因水平證實(shí)微藻共附生微生物基于群體感應(yīng)驅(qū)動的抑藻功能,以及DMSP對藻際細(xì)菌抑藻活性的調(diào)控作用。從深海和極地挖掘微生物資源,開展了海洋微生物石油污染修復(fù)機(jī)制研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)了海洋專性解烴菌之間的協(xié)同效應(yīng),研制了我國首個適宜海洋環(huán)境的石油污染修復(fù)菌劑,先后在大連“7.16”、黃島“11.22”等海洋溢油污染岸灘進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用,該工作是國內(nèi)首次開展的海洋岸灘溢油修復(fù)實(shí)地應(yīng)用,受到了中國海洋報、中國海洋在線等新聞媒體的連續(xù)報道,相關(guān)成果獲得了海洋科學(xué)技術(shù)獎二等獎等獎勵。針對受污染影響的退化濱海濕地,建立了植物-微生物聯(lián)合生態(tài)修復(fù)技術(shù),通過種植耐鹽植物,提高濕地微生物多樣性;通過施加土著根際微生物清除污染物,改善環(huán)境質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)植被生長。該成果一改傳統(tǒng)的植被修復(fù)方式,從微環(huán)境角度使受損濱海濕地的生態(tài)學(xué)功能得以恢復(fù)。
作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人主持包括國家自然科學(xué)基金、科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)專項(xiàng)、大洋“深海生物資源計劃”、極地業(yè)務(wù)化專項(xiàng)等國家、省部級各類項(xiàng)目20余項(xiàng),已在國內(nèi)外重要期刊上發(fā)表論文200多篇,其中SCI論文60余篇;獲得7項(xiàng)國家發(fā)明專利及1項(xiàng)美國專利的授權(quán)。制定行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)四項(xiàng)。

目前的工作是在自然科學(xué)基金、科技部和山東省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)專項(xiàng)的資助下,1、深入研究細(xì)菌的群體感應(yīng)機(jī)制對其生態(tài)學(xué)功能的貢獻(xiàn),特別是在藻菌互作和對極端環(huán)境適應(yīng)中的作用;2、開發(fā)固定化菌劑,利用海洋石油降解菌開展石油污染底質(zhì)的生物修復(fù)。
