張晰,博士,自然資源部第一海洋研究所研究員,中國石油大學(xué)(華東)博生生兼職導(dǎo)師。中國海洋學(xué)會(huì)人工智能海洋學(xué)專委會(huì)委員、中國地理信息產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)海洋時(shí)空信息工委會(huì)委員。IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Magazine等四個(gè)SCI???/span>Guest Editor。主要從事SAR海洋遙感與雷達(dá)目標(biāo)探測技術(shù)研究,作為負(fù)責(zé)人主持國家自然科學(xué)基金、軍委科技委預(yù)研基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、中國海監(jiān)科技支撐項(xiàng)目等項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)?,F(xiàn)已發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文100余篇,其中SCI/EI論文70余篇;以第一作者和通訊作者SCI論文近30余篇,獲省部級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)4項(xiàng);出版專著3部,作為編委,參與編寫專著2部。
